Catering From Our Bistro

There are four styles of service we provide for your event. Some of the factors involved in choosing a style that fits your event are Cost, Elegance and Comfort.

 

   Drop-Off Buffet

We prepare the food, set it up and pick-up the dishes at the end of the event and provide a facilities manager. You are responsible for packaging up leftovers.

Cost: This is the least expensive option: $12.00 per hour for the Event Monitor, which is included in the rental cost.

Elegance: You are responsible for clean-up (if we are the caterers we do the catering dishes) and if you wish to have servers or a bartender you are responsible for their work and pay.

Comfort: It is your party and you have a minimum of strangers involved in your event.

   Service Buffet

We prepare the food, set it up and are on hand to refresh the buffet and bus tables for you. We help with clean up and package up leftovers for you.

Cost: $12.00 per hour for the Event Monitor, which is included in the rental price, and $12.00 per hour per server or bartender with a recommended tip of $25.00 each. We need about one server per fifty guests, depending on the complexity of the buffet and amount of china involved.

Elegance: We take care of all the details involved with your service.

Comfort: You have more time to enjoy your party and can count on our servers cleaning up for you.

   Full Service Buffet

We set-up the food, clear tables, refill water and wine glasses, give attention to tables, cut cake, clean up and package leftovers.

Cost: $15.00 per hour for the Event Monitor who will also be your catering captain, $12.00 per hour per server and bartender with a recommended tip of $50.00 each. We need about one server per thirty guests.

Elegance: We take care of everything involved with your event, providing excellent servers and special attention and coordination.

Comfort: You will not have to worry about any aspect of your event.

   Plated Dinner

We plate and serve salad, dinner and dessert. We fill waters and wine, set-up, cut cake, clean-up and package leftovers.

Cost: $15.00 per hour for the Event Monitor, who is also your catering captain, $12.00 per hour per server and bartender with a recommended tip of $50.00 per person. We will need about one server per twelve guests.

Elegance: This is the most elegant option.

Comfort: Everything will be taken care of, you have to just enjoy your party.
